據(jù)葡萄牙國(guó)家通訊社盧薩社消息，2月26日歐盟委員會(huì)提出一項(xiàng)議案，擬分配近8000萬歐元給葡萄牙用于關(guān)閉兩座燃煤電廠及減少石化工廠的排放。

The European Commission on Wednesday proposed that Portugal close the Sines and Pego thermo electric plants and support the reduction of emissions from the petrochemical plants at Matosinhos and Sines, as they are polluting, giving the country almost €80 million to make this transition.

歐盟委員會(huì)提議，葡萄牙應(yīng)關(guān)閉Sines和Pego熱電廠，并支持減少M(fèi)atosinhos和Sines的石化廠的排放，因?yàn)檫@些工廠污染嚴(yán)重，并給該國(guó)分配近8000萬歐元支持這一轉(zhuǎn)型。

這是一項(xiàng)對(duì)“公平轉(zhuǎn)型基金”使用的提案，該基金由歐盟委員會(huì)設(shè)立，用以支持消滅污染工業(yè)、對(duì)依賴化石燃料的地區(qū)進(jìn)行脫碳，根據(jù)該計(jì)劃葡萄牙將獲得7920萬歐元的撥款。

At issue is the proposal on the Fair Transition Fund, set up by the European Commission to support the dismantling of polluting industries and the decarbonisation of regions dependent on fossil fuels, under which €79.2 million are to be allocated to Portugal.
